When your insured and packaged Art Replica arrives it will be accompanied by an envelope of documents. These will be the aforementioned Creation Certificate, Invoice, Review of materials and techniques used and most importantly a Compliance Form.

 

By purchasing an Art Replica you agree to comply with the terms in this contract below. Basically it is protection against charges that the sold piece is indeed a replica and not an intentionally forged work to be marketed as an original by the artist it references. This document protects you and I in case a 2nd buyer tries to resell it as an original work. It is perfectly fine to buy a work if it is clearly designated a replica and marketed as such. A copy of this contract will be included in the package which should be signed and returned in the preaddressed stamped envelope included. Please sign and return to me.
